What is the best thing to eat/drink in the morning to stay concentrated throughout the day? fruit smoothies?
I'am starting to drink smoothies before I go to my classes in the morning, and I didn't know if there is something else I should be eating or doing. And does anyone have any good and healthy smoothie recipies.

Have protein. You will be alert and not hungry at all.
Here is a smoothie recipe I like
1c soy milk (vanilla is nice)
1/2c sour cream
1/2cfruit or berries (The frozen ones make this creamier)
2scoops of protein powder (from health food store)
Blend. Use more fruit if you want, and you can add the smooth fibre suppliment (eg metamucil) if you want to bump up the fibre content and make it extra filling.
