Answers:

Soda has been proven to cause hyperactivity. In addition to the amount of caffeine, new studies released this week are showing that a chemical additive in the coloring and preservatives in soda lead to hyperactivity as well.

I would encourage you to drink something else in the morning besides soda. Not only does soda cause hyperactivity, weight gain, and contain excess sugar that leads to tooth decay, its been shown that people who drink excessive soda can form the same amount of liver damage as an alcoholic.
