the only main harmfull ingredient in weed is the TAR itself... when u smoke it, some of it is still left out... but thinkin, if u make weed tea ( haha) , then all the tar goes in......
nyone know how much can i get a vaporizer for? the cheapest possible.

The "tar" in cigarettes and joints are a result of burning organic matter, thus unburned pot does not contain any "tar", nor carbon monoxide which would be the other dangerous element, also resulting from burning.
Thus weed tea, weed alcohol or cannabutter are as harmless as weed will be (how harmless is of course up for debate).
A real cheap way to vaporize would be to hot knife the pot (heat up a knife on the stove, put the pot between it and another knife and suck in the fumes). I haven't done this myself so you might want to look up the details.
