Is coke light or coke light lemon bad for our health?!

Question:

Is coke light or coke light lemon bad for our health?

Answers:

Moderation is the best policy.

I used to run a fast food place. One afternoon, I got bored with no customer. Since I had time, I decided to clean the soda machine. I took apart the tray underneath the dispensers, the tray that holds the spilled over liquids. Since I knew it was sugary, I ran it under the burning hot water that restaurants use. Before long, I noticed some black flakes floating up from the tray, but looking directly onto it, it was nothing but a flat, black bottom. I then used a metal flat end something to scratch the bottom. Suddenly, a piece of flat, brownish semi-translucent plastic-like sheet came up (about 1"X4"). Curiously, I put on some gloves and ran it directly under the very hot water. It would not dissolve. Then, more from the tray's bottom came up. It dawned on me the stuff was dried up, crystalised sugar from the soda syrups. Yuck!

So, I rarely drink sodas since. I don't think it would kill you. I just don't like to put anything that wouldn't melt away in that hot water into my stomach.

It's not about diet or not, it's about moderation.

Take care.
