What are some bad things about drinking coffeee everyday?!

Question:

What are some bad things about drinking coffeee everyday?

Is it okay to have a lot of it? Are there any awesome benefits to it besides the caffeine?

Answers: In response to Paul Ding's answer, it's not really that odd that the cafffeine in coffee helps AADD. Caffeine is a stimulant and so are Ritalin and Adderall, both of which are prescribed for Attention deficits. Scientists used to call the calming effect of stimulants in these cases a paradoxical effect-the opposite effect of what might be anticipated-until they looked at brain activity. Attention deficits often manifest as hyperactivity physically when they are really hypo(under)activity of certain areas of the brain. Stimulants work to increase activity in the brain, thus allowing a person to attend or concentrate better. Source(s):

http://www.mercola.com/2003/dec/10/coffe... Drink three a day of regular (not decaf) coffee. It delays the onset of Alzheimer's at least a decade. Drinking more than three a day has no further benefit.

Diabetics benefit from drinking coffee, too. Nobody seems to know why it improves blood sugar control, but it seems to. Again, three a day seems to be the magic level.

The bad things are that caffeine gives some people the jitters. (If you have AADD, though, it *calms* you. Odd, yes?) It also stains your teeth a little.

Of all the things I've ever lost, I miss my mind the most. Stained teeth is a cheap price to pay. Many myths floating around about the downsides of coffee...

Here's some info on rumors and benefits:http://www.positivelycoffee.org/topic_sf... your teeth get really yellow and you get really addicted to it. Plus you dont wake up to the caffene you just get really tired caffeine addiction & the head ache when you stop
