2 mocha frappacinos and 1 grande green tea frappacino?

Today I drank 2 mocha frappacinos and 1 grande green tea frappacino. How long do you think i'll be twisting and turning and trying to fall asleep for?

I usually have caffeine 1 time every 2 days. I had the green tea at lunch(12 noon)and the other 2 at dinner(6 p.m)

I had the green tea at lunch(12 noon)and the other 2 at dinner(6 p.m) Frappuccinos contain very less caffeine except for Espresso Frappuccino so I don't think you'll have a problem falling asleep. it all depends on what time you drank it, and the sizes you drank. Also if you rarely have caffeine it will affect you more then if you have caffeine on a regular bases. But the amount of caffeine in frappacions is very small. The mocha frapps use a coffee base but the green tea uses a caffeine free cream base. lets say all three were grande it would be equal to one, maybe 0ne and a half shots of esspressos. Thats not to much but unless i know the info i can't be too sure. I'm sure it won't be long before you meet mr. sandman. Time of day makes a big difference too. I try not to drink anything with caffeine after lunch time.
