How do I make a vanilla milkshake?!

Question:

How do I make a vanilla milkshake?

What do I add something like vanilla icecream, milk and ice cubes? How much of it? and how long do I blend it

Answers: I like Vanilla Ice cream, milk (just enough to make it blend in the blender) and maybe a touch of Vanilla extract...do not use imitation extract...use the real thing. Your taste buds will thank you for it. Put this in a blender and give it a Wizz. You want to blend it long enough to incorporate the ice cream, you will be able to tell it is done because the liquid will start moving freely and not making jerky movments like when you first start the blender. Make sure the lid is on the blender and keep one hand on the lid to keep the blender upright and the lid on. If it is too thin, simply add more ice cream, if it is too thick add more milk. Adding Ice I would think would water it down...and that just doesn't sound good to me.

Here are some variations, I like to also add cinnamon and nutmeg for a spicy variation to the milk shake.

Vanilla Malted Milk if you technically want a malt. Malted Milk powder is the only difference between a Milk Shake and Malt.

Serve in tall glasses with a straw. if your ice cream is hard frozen i wouldn't use any ice cubes. they water down the shake. in a blender add ice cream and milk. how much depends on how thick you want your milkshake to be.
if you want a more vanilla flavor add a little vanilla extract while mixing. blend till its the consistency you like,.
