When you buy a coffee drink, what ruins the taste the most for you?
I hate when the shots are left out too long or when the barista scorches the milk. I used to work at a coffee shop, so I know what to look for and it drives me crazy sometimes.
Answers: I was a Barista too, and my biggest annoyance is when they burn the grounds or don't run the shots properly (ie. too long or not ground properly). That can make your favorite coffee taste like it's 5 days old. Disgusting! over roasted coffee beans. It tastes bitter. I think the worst is when their water has a bad taste and they don't use some type of filtration/purifying system. No type of coffee or tea can be good in those circumstances
