Im trying to find a VERY strong energy drink / pill. Ive built up a high tolerance for most energy drinks HELP
Well just like it says, im a heavy pop drinker, so soda doesnt do much for me besides taste good, im looking for something that will make me feel pumped with atleast a 15 minute high. I want something thats very powerful, i remember when 1 can of monster would give me a kick, sadly it no longer does, i tried 5 hour energy this morning, and it was ok, not great, and definitely not worth my $3. but im not sure where to turn. like i said, most coffee, energy, and soda drinks dont do a thing, im not looking for a long energy, just something thats going to give me a sudden high (no not illegal drugs) im the kinda guy who walks into class, all slugish, and down a few pops, just to keep me awake, im not sure if this is normal, but i just need something stronger, thanks BEST ANSWER GETS 10 POINTS!!
Answers: For a shorter hit try pro plus - caffiene in a pill
For a medium hit try Berocca http://www.berocca.co.uk/ - used to use this to get me through the morning at work
For a long term hit try vitamin supplements & a lifestyle change! I am often lethargic & it seems to come from a lack of iron as when i take vitamin supplements with added iron my lethargy seems to go away. You could also try going to bed earlier but i dont recomend this as it is dull in the extreme! lifewater and vitaminwater rox!! Pop and coffee aren't all that great for you anyways. Yeah sure there's dozens of energy drinks out there on the market and I've tried pretty much every single one of them. Lifestyle change is needed. Try some SoBe or NOS. Redline. They have a few products, like a pill, and a liquid oral syrup that aren't energy drinks. You need to find the blue aluminum canister and they come in packs of 4. They are stronger than the normal gas station energy drinks. You sound like a caffeine addict. My advice is to to make other lifestyle changes - beside drinking more potent beverages. Our bodies develop a tolerance for certain things. Once that happens you're doing something really unhealthy to your brain and body.
If you want real energy go out and exercise. Cut back on energy drinks for a while and then start them again. I know this won't get me 10 points. But I don't think you need advice on caffeine drinks. You need a healthier lifestyle.. I said it to my addict friend and Ill say it to you
high caffeine exposure especial over time has you body build extra receptors to handle the rush, building up your tolerance, higher caffeine content that causes you to get a rush causes more receptor growth, as well as causing exponentially worse ramifications on your system. so even if you feel a small rush your body is being damaged way more than you think it is,
my advice id to ween off to avoid withdrawal, then let the receptors diminish, if they can, then you will regain sensitivity.
