Answers: some strawberries, a lil orange juice, and some banana or blueberries if you want. i like to buy bags or frozen fruit for mine, they add a good thickness to it. go to planetsmoothie.com to see what they put in theirs! the one i gave you was for the medeterranian monster, my fav. banana, cinnamon, caramel syrup (or real maple syrup). Make sure you drink them through a straw, apparently acid in the fruit is bad news for your teeth! Mixed frozen fruit, milk, fake sugar, ice, couple drops of vanilla extract. My kids love it! Oh, add protien powder for a complete meal replacement. Banana, Mango and Apple. you can get them frozen packs of smoothie ideas or just make one up don't be afraid to use veg to. -Carnation makes Carnation Instant Breakfast (powered version) which makes a great base for anything...they have recipes on each packet.

-banana's peanut butter and milk.

-Yogurt, ice, milk and your favorite fruit - fresh or frozen.

-My favorite is blueberries, bananas, milk, ice and carnation instant breakfast vanilla mix. heres one i make all the time it tastes great:

1 banana
12 strawberries(frozen)
1 cup of rasperries (frozen)
1 cup of passion orange , or plain orange sorbet-if you dont have the sorbet orange juice works fine
5 ice cubes

mix it all up and enjoy! I think you can pretty much do whatever takes your fancy, now that you've got a smoothy maker...

Maybe try mango, banana and pineapple with a bit of coconut.

Also blueberries n blackberries etc.. they go nicely...
