What is better to have in the mornings:Red Bull or Coffee?!

Question:

What is better to have in the mornings:Red Bull or Coffee?

I need at least one of them to get myself moving in the mornings, and I would like to know if one is better than the other in terms of being damaging to my body. I know neither are exactly healthy, but is one a lesser evil?

Answers: COFFEE!!!!
red bull has alot of sugar and chemicals coffee, but limit to 2 cups a day. you really want energy? eat something that have minerals and vitamins in it.

coffee has caffiene.. that is not a vitamin.. nor will it give you energy.. it's a stimunlant.

red bull has nothing it it but junk and it's a stimulant also. neither of these will give you energy it will just stimulate you thus making your more tired.

have orange juice with a high fiber cereal with fruits and also eat more fresh fruits, vegetables... eat more legumes and tubers.. fresh produce is the way to get "energized" because you get your energy from vitamins and minerals..

not caffiene.

you will also not suffer hypertension as badly.. high cholesterol.. dehydration if you eat right and hydrate with proper fluids...

instead of... coffee and redbull... i have no idea where people get the idea they'll be energized drinking synthetically processed garbage.

you want energy... have some spinach, carrots and chop them all up... then add salmon or tuna and make a sandwich out of it... that'll give you energy and have it with cranberry juice.. you'll have more than enough energy to keep you going past your bed time...

enjoy.... Red Bull on empty stomach is a sin. Get rid of this addiction.
Take coffee with milk it not much better, but better then a chemical drink. Coffee is better in the morning.. redbull can give you wings in the mornings ...but i dont think is a very good idea to drink redbull with an empty stomach!! Coffee in my opinion. Coffee coffee
