Where can I purchase a soda fountain like a fast food restaurant?
I know someone has to sell those things ... you know, the hookup and the spout, and it's hooked to a box of syrup for Coke, Diet Coke, etc. Anyone who has ever worked in a restaurant, particularly fast food, knows what I'm talking about.
Can you just buy them, say from a Costco or something? If I get the fountain itself from a restaurant supply shop or something, how will I get the syrup refills?
Any help would be appreciated. My goal is to just get Diet Coke, if that helps.
Answers: Actually, I think you should order it online a store around your area. I bought one at Target & it works great! = )

Who is the local Coca Cola distributor for your area? Call them. And they would be the ones to refill your syrups. You probably have to sign a sales contract and everything. In order to have a soda fountain I think you have to sell (or drink, in your case) a certain amount of soda to make it worth their time and money.
I think it would be too expensive to maintain for personal use. Try a restaurateur supply store and ask the for a referral to syrup supply shop.
