What's the deal with Red Bull? How unhealthy is it?


Supposedly, you're not supposed to drink too much of it. Why not? What negative effects does it have on your health?

Also, could you please back up your answers with a website or other info? (like if you are a doctor or fitness expert, etc). I have to share this with some people. Much appreciated!!


Answers: Red Bull has gotten a bum rap on how bad it is. It isn't good for you either but it has about the same caffeine as an average cup of coffee. Anything taken in excess is always bad for you so limit use to about one a day - two at the max.
