Organic milk?!
Organic milk?
Is organic milk better for you??
Answers: In theory all organic products are supposed to be better for you. But the true concept to get this these days I would doubt if it were possible.
You have to look down the food chain of the animal that produces the milk.
Eg. There aren't many places on this planet where you can say the air is clean and free of chemicals from airplanes, vehicles and factories etc.
These petro chemicals and worse come into all our air and get rained onto our fields watering the grass and feed eaten by the animals. Those chemicals stay in the bodies of those animals and then we consume parts of it.
So there goes all the concept of organic products being chemical free. Its a whole misconception and people believe what they're told. Just like many fish contain mercury and other pollutants from the water. The same goes for people using rainwater tanks. Nothing is clean and chemical free anymore. sure Much the non organic stuff is powder. Organic food substances are rarely "better for you". However, it has a lesser chance of triggering an immune reaction. Yes it is you can go to your local store and get organic country farm milk it's the one with the animated cow jumping across the milk carton it would not be in the milk section ( well it's not in my store) it would be in the orange juice aisle Its like burning regular or premium in you're car. Me personally I dont want to live to be 130 just so i can spend 75 or 80 years in a nursing home. So I'll just keep eating red meat & all the other stuff thats bad for you & enjoy life. But maybee this organic stuff will keep you alive longer if you eat it from birth. yes it is...and on top of what ive pasted below...certified organic farmers keep their cows in a more humane way....stress in any body causes toxins....toxins are stored in fat....milk contains fat...therefore drink from a stressed cow and u get more toxins!!
The milk from any mammal is an ideal environmental indicator for registering the level of pollutants and pesticides in the environment. Cow's milk is no different. The reason is that what goes into the cow's mouth gets processed into milk, and if it's on the grass or grain it will end up in the milk.
All milk contains Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA), which is believed to boost immune function and reduce the growth of tumours. CLA levels are thought to be higher in organic milk because these cows eat greater amounts of grass, hay and silage.
