I like diet coke/pepsi with Angostura bitters and lemon/lime. It's a Cuba Libre without the rum.

when you have your party, tell your guests that you are serving real alcohol drinks. Have one partially filled bottle of real alcohol to mix infront of your guests. Have more of the same alcohol bottles only filled with water or juice (no alcohol) but continue claiming that it is alcohol. let people do as they do when they have alcohol drinks...
At the last half hour, anounce to everyone that the actions they have taken, thinking they were getting drunk, was not the result of drinking alcohol....
