What is the suggested limit for drinking energy drinks?!

Question:

What is the suggested limit for drinking energy drinks?

What is considered too much in one day? I drank two rockstars and I felt very shaky. I drank them about an hour apart.

Answers: don't do drugs. stay in school. it usually says it on the can or bottle.. usually it's a maximum of 2 cans, or 1 and a half bottles.
That happened with me as well, so i've given them up. Don't drink them on an empty stomach either I don't know, I can chug three twenty-four ounce rockstars in a ten hour shift and I'm fine. They are really bad for your heart though. And I've heard doctors say that all that extra stuff they advertise they have in the drinks (taurine, guarana) do absolutly nothing. Also that energy drinks really give you no more energy than a regular cup of coffee, mostly a placebo affect briought on by good marketing/advertising. well i personally would suggest none!
They're very bad for you, full of sugar and caffeine that are simple carbs which will make you extremely tired afterwards...which is the opposite effect you would want.
I would just drink one once in a while since two obviously was not good but yeah hoped that helped :] I drink between 4 and 8 large-size energy drinks a day, not counting soda and other sugar drinks…. I would not recommend it for health and financial reasons, I’ve become quite immune to their effect and it has also put a rather large whole in my wallet… And probably stomach.

-edit-
oh and that thing called sleep? We're not good friends anymore. Personally i wouldnt touch a energy or sports drink. Have you read the S**t that inside them (eg: Acids, Colours, Poisons)?

Powerade, Gatorade and Staminade all say to drink 250ml every hour. Only drink the drinks if you seriuosly are drowsy, lack of sleep or coffee isnt available.

*Energy Drinks are a no-go* I play football (soccer for u yanks) and I don't touch energy drinks they are horrible for you and they contain crap like acids colours etc. just don't have em at all!
