Do Pur water filter attachments to my faucet really work?!

Question:

Do Pur water filter attachments to my faucet really work?

I'm wondering if the water filter really is doing it's job. I can kinda feel my left kidney and am imagining build-up from under-filtered water running through it. Ever heard of people getting kidney stones from drinking tap water?

Answers: i got a pur water filter to attach to my kitchen faucet and i wasnt impressed with it all! im sure it helped some but not enough for me to be pleased with it! maybe its just me! but i wouldnt recommend them personally. I love my Pur water filter. I notice a definite difference in taste between regular water and water thats been through my faucet mounted filter. Don't know about kidney stones though! I think you are hyperfocusing on your kidney....I'm sure the filter is doing its job. People don't get stones from too much water.
