Answers: Be careful because although they are nutritious & delicious they are also high in calories because of the concentrated fruit sugars being pulped down its easy to take in too much & pile on weight.
So have them in place of a meal not as part of it.. OR alternatively just have a small glass if its taken along with breakfast or lunch..... store the rest in the fridge it will keep for a day or so.. whisk up again when you want to drink it..

All fruits are good for you but soft fruits such as strawberries/ blackberries / banana/ rasperries /mango / pulp down easy with a hand held blender.... add some yogurt either flavoured or plain to your fruit of choice & blend together.. then dilute with EITHER fizzy water / apple juice. or skimmed milk... swish again to froth up with the blender & you will have a fantastic MEAL in a glass.. experiment & you will find the contents you love.. & like... but variety will ensure you get a wide spectrum of nutrients..
& for a creamy desert pudding that is GOOD for you add ice cream instead of yogurt.. Any fruit you like, enough to fill a good sized glass. And yoghurt or milk. A lot of recipe books have a smoothie making page. Just bung in any soft fruit and a bit of juice - experiment, see what you like, there's no rules, just have fun :-)... oh my... is that in English? Sorry, but I'm just curious. Why is it people need to make up new spellings for words? It's kind of hard to read.

There are lots of things to consider if you're going to get healthy. Smoothies is a very, very small start at going healthy with your food. Just blend your choices of fruits. Raspberries are higher in protein than most fruits, so that's something to consider. Raspberries, strawberries, bananas. You can add a little fruite juice, although juice isn't as healthy because of the way it's processed as the actual fruit. Don't forget about all your other meals. Think about whole grains, low fat, carbs, etc. You can mix any fruit. We like strawberries, blackberries and raspberries with an apple juice base. Mango can be thick and stringy, so only use a bit. Kiwi will have little pips in. Banana thickens everything up.
Generally use a fruit juice base and add one or two fruits. Adding too many just makes it taste of nothing. Common sense combinations, like berries, autumn fruits, tropical fruits.
Have a play! I've never made an undrinkable one yet. 1/4 cup broccoli
1/4 cup carrot
1/4 cup blue berries
2/3 cup yogurt vanilla ice cream
1 tsp. vanilla
Blend very well Make sure that flax seed is one ingredient for antioxidant benefits. Blueberries are another great antioxidant. On the flax seed it is recommended, 2 Tablspoons a day. I would recommend 1 Tablespoon in the smoothie,, as 2 Tablspoons may be too much for one glass of a fruit smoothie. Just experiment how you add it to the smoothie. You can always put another Tablespoon in another food during your day or evening. If you go to AllRecipes.com and type in fruit smoothies, you will find many to choose from. just add the flax seed prior to blending. Maybe u should write properly first, when we read something, we shouldn't have to struggle reading it. OK!

Secondly, put fruit in your smoothie, thats healthy! Kind of self-explanatory really! hi if you go in the freezer department at tesco they do frozen smoothie bags all diffrent kinds they are so much easier than bying fresh fruit everyday and all you do is put them in the blender theres full instructions on the packets. ps the packs are useally in the veg and pudding section. hope this helps Sort out the spelling and grammar, then worry about getting "healthy". Can't give you a serious answer because I'm still in shock at all that gobbledegook. u can put bananas, strawberrys, v8juice, and other frits. You want to get healthy, you have to eat better, drinking smoothies will give you the sh*ts.

Fruit has lots of fibre, fibre is a bowl irritant and makes you go... so you could easily give yourself gastro or other bowl problem.

Now having a Veg Stir Fry using veg oil is a better option.
