Answers: same thing lol just one isnt carbonated welli personally think soda is worse because sugar water won't rot your teeth well if it does it wont rot them that much. The acidity of the carbonated drink is worse as is the additional salt. Go with Kool-Aid. just drink water with no suger Sugar water is better. It is still kinda unhealthy, but it won't destroy your bones and teeth. Soda(especially cola) will. Water is the best thing for you body though.
