YerbA maTE SIDE EFFECTS ANYONE?

i DRINK 2 TEA BAGS DAILY FOR THE PAST 3 DAYS AND i FEEL LIKE i HAVE BEEN IN A TRANCE WITH NO RECUPERATIVE SLEEP TOO BAD i BOUGTH FOUR TEA BOXES AND THEY WHERE NOT CHEAP HAS ANYONE FELT THAT WAY WHEN DRINKING THIS TEA?


Answers: Yes, I used to drink it as loose tea. I think you are only supposed to drink it "once and awhile". People drink it cause they think it's going to speed up their metabolism, but it really screws with your body clock. Everything in moderation my friend.
