How about banging the carrots with a hammer??? in the old days.......you have to find a way to grate the carrots as fine as possible.......a blender,food processor,cheese grater etc.etc..........get a clean towel(it'll get permanent orange stain)or cheesecloth,nylon stockings and you can get a lot of juice the old fashioned way,however,you lose a lot of product that way.... You will have to get a juicer..there is no way out of that..sorry
