I just love Monster Khaos! Probably red bull. Both are packed full of sugar and caffeine though.......Its best to just drink water. Red Bull.

why do you ask? monster has high fructose corn syrup as their sugars (the kind found in things like soda and candy), red bull uses sucrose and glucose (the kind found in things like orange juice). red bull is the first and the ultimate of energy drinks. it came out before most of you were even born. (if you're under 22) it has been tested by doctors and althletes against others in its category and comes out on top by a landslide.
that list and explaination can go on...but i won't take up anymore space.
if you drink monster, well, everybody makes mistakes.
