Substitute for wine?!
Answers: My sister drinks an awful lot of dry white wine.We are Aussies so the wine she drinks is coolabah casks.ls there a non alcoholic substitute drink that we can put in its place without her knowing.Appreciate any answers.
How old is she? If she is an adult, you should not interfere with her choices in life. You do not have that right. If she were a neighbour down the street, would you go down there and tell the neighbour to stop drinking??? Back off.
Apple juice. Think she will tell though.
Dilute the cask with soda water
Mix equal parts of white grape juice, apple juice and ginger ale. This makes a mock "Champagne" for those who do not drink alcoholic beverages or it could be served to children. Hope this helps a little. Grams
Carlsberg Special Brew is a popular alternative in England. It's not exactly non-alcoholic though.
This company makes non-alcoholic wines, maybe you can buy in bulk.

I would think they would be able to help you, good luck.
There also is a white version of sparkling grape juice. Since I never had it, I don't know if the taste is similar to wine or not. Probably not though!
sparkling apple juice
there is a brand called "appletiser" from S.Africa. I dont know if they import to you..
but any good brand of sparkling apple juice is a good substitute for white wine..
Unless you want to go straight back to grape juice,
there is really no non-alchoholic substitute for the taste of good wine. I suggest trying a low-alchohol version instead.
Either way I'm sure she'll know; though maybe with low-alchohol, she won't mind as much.
There are many very tasty low-alchohol by volume wines out there. Manishevitz makes many of them them and they are Kosher for passover. They come in concord grape and even tasty blackberry. (yum!) They both taste really good. Especially when chilled. Both are also very inexpensive (about $5 per bottle) and well distributed.
For a white wine here's 1 I've found that is good and actually very affordable.
Ironstone Obsession California Symphony 2005

Price: $7
Maker: Ironstone Vineyards, Murphys, California
Varietal: Symphony
Packaging: 750 ml bottle, artificial cork
Alcohol: 12%
Our Rating: 8.5 out of 10
Ironstone Obsession California Symphony 2005 is a moderately sweet white wine made from Symphony grapes, which are a California varietal derived from Muscat of Alexandria and Grenache Gris in the 1960s. Its nose has floral, pear, and sweet melon notes. The flavor features peach, cantaloupe, pear, and honey. It’s saved from being too cloying and sweet by a tingly, acidic finish. We found it to be eminently drinkable.

Good Luck and Bottoms Up !!
Try a sparkling white grape juice, she will probably know the difference. If she is coming to your home, just don't serve any or only serve one to her, tell her you have a house limit, make sure everyone sticks to any limits you put on her to be fair. Otherwise, let her be. Unless she is ready to change on her own, you will only upset her if you intervene.
drink orange soda or shake(choclate,mango,banana)
