When I searched " 8 days a week" a lot of businesses came up,all of them have copyright notices. You would have to check legal avenues before naming your business a well known phrase or title (a good point to make in your project). As for names-Caffeine Cafe,Jumpin Java,All Coffee All The Time come to mind. Good luck
