Can I store bananas in the refrigerator?!

Question: Yes but they go bad faster in the Refrigerator. They sell bags now that let out the chemical that turns bananas and other fruit dark and keeps in clean air that they need to stay good longer.

Yes, the skin will darken faster but the fruit will still be good for a while anyway.
you could but they would go bad very quickly. Ileave my bananas out on a bananna hanging rack
bad idea#
yep - absolutely. I don't eat bananas fast enough to keep them outside the fridge.
Their skin will turn dark, but the inside will be just fine and they'll stay good longer than outside the fridge. If you wrap them in a plastic bag, the skins will stay good a little longer too.
yep
i don't think you could
You8 can store bananas in the refrigerator but if you leave them on your counter or microwave they will last longer.
you could but it's not advisable really.
Yeah, I just tried it for the first time, and the peel looked gross, but it was good inside! I put them all in a zip lock bag and in the freezer after this so they would last longer
yea but they turn brown after a day or so
It'll make them turn black very quickly.
