Nope.
oh yeah! Its the artificial sweetener that they pack it full of! Steer clear of it, you will definately get a migraine. Check other labels too, you may have a intolerance to it, and a lot of other foods have the artificial sweetener in it too.
not really
is it suppose to?
I don't drink any diet drinks because the artificial sweetners in some of them can cause allergies, or you can be allergic to them.
No it doesn't maybe your allergis to something in it
Indeed it does, it depends on your body's tolerance to the artificial sweetener. Many artificial "food" ingredients can cause headaches though =(
I don't drink Crystal Light so i don't know what sort of sweetener they use but NutraSweet gives me bad headaches.
Is the sweetner in it "aspartame"?
I don't know how true it is, but I have read recently that aspartame has been known to cause BRAIN TUMORS. If it IS true, and that's what's in Crystal Light, then NO WONDER it is causing migraine headaches!

Before I heard obout this, I bought some raspberry Crystal Light mix. While mixing it up, I accidentally spilled some on the kitchen cabinet. It STAINED the laminate counter-top a dark pink! I poured some into and then back out of a clear glass and saw how it also stained the clear glass red. If its chemical dye was THAT pervasive on clear glass and counter-top laminate, WHAT does it do INSIDE the stomach!?! I poured it down the drain - careful not to splash any of it on the white porcelain sink. It was hard as hell to get that red stain off the glass, and it took a couple of weeks for the counter-top stain to wear out - it wouldn't WASH out AT ALL!

I know from my own experience that ingested chemicals CAN cause migraines. Back in the late 70's I was getting a horrible migraine at the onset of my period almost every month. The pain would be so severe that it would make me sick to my stomach and I would start vomitting, too. The violent spasms of the vomitting would be excruciationgly painful, too. I invariably ended up with BOTH problems and symptoms feeding EACHOTHER! So I would have to have my husband take me to the Emergency Room. No one could give me any idea of why this was happening. Finally I, myself, guessed that since it seemed to be occurring relative to my monthly periods, it might be somehow related to my female functions.
I dropped off my birth-control pills and got an operation instead. That was about 25 years ago and I have not had a real headache- of ANY kind - since then!

If the chenmicals in birth-control pills could do that to me 25 years ago, then I am not surprised that the chemicals in a processed artificial sweetner could do that to people now.

Even if you don't get headaches from it, check out the dye in it. Pour it into then out of a clear glass and see how much chemical dye it leaves behind! Will the chemicals that are clinging to and trying to imbed themselves into the glass do the same to your stomach and intestines when you drink it?
