I have no idea what they are but they are supposed to detoxify your body. It''s supposed to help rid your body of toxins that are taken in from food, the environment, chemicals in the air, and wherever you get toxins from.

Although some foods help in this respect, I suppose tea could also. Tea is awesome like that.

Sure. But taking an herbal cleanse in gelatin capsules is simpler and more convenient. It depends on the type of tea and what combinations are in it what it does and how it works in the body. If you want to work on the colon area, the lymph system, liver, kidneys, blood, etc. Herbs are God's natural pharmacy but it is helpful to have an herbalist/nutritional consultant guide you through a program that will be right for you. I would find a Nature's Sunshine distributor in your area. They are trained well and have access to loads of resources that will be beneficial.

i suppose wether they work or not depends on what your expecting them to do for you. lose 10 lbs and get rid of all that rubish you ate leaving you fit overnight - i dont think so
cost a fortune and leave you poor - well yes they might do that !!!
however i did have one that had an ingredient of senna and liquorish and YES that worked in more ways than one and tasted nice
