I drink about the same too. I tried to back off but I get enormous headaches!!! I am positive there is something in it ti hook ya!
Absolutely none. I stopped using soda, but will have it with a meal, oh, once every couple months.
I don't drink soda because of the simple reason that it is absolutely horrible for your body....I don't care if it is diet, caffeine free, etc.....it is still horrible for your body. I stick with water and drink tons of it :).
id really drink soda that much, when ido its just like a can or less. USUALLY, lol
dr peper 3 cans a day coke zero it's notbecause it is low fat i really like the tast
I drink alot of soda a day also. I have started to buy cans that way I know what I am drinking and I can cut back. I drink about 5 cans a day now. I am trying to substitute it with water so see if it helps to lose some weight. We will see what happens with me.
I often drink "Coke" :p, it is my favorite. I try to limit myself to drinking it only when I eat a full meal, and not drink it when just snacking. So I drink about 2 glasses a day.
ZERO. We are meant to drink WATER. Anything like soda should be thought of as a specialty item-- few and far between!

What are you trying to do to yourself? You really think that's a good thing to fill your body with every day?
None.
each can of coke contains 4 tea spoons of sugar! I hope you are active to burn all those calories!
i only have like one once a week...
it is very unhealthy for the body...
and i have to stay in shape so i try not to drink it very often..
and when i do..
it has to be CAFFEINE FREE...
i am SUPER sensitive to caffeine
I drink about 3 or 4 cans each week if we get pop, and we get different kinds of pop, so I drink different kinds. Mostly peach pop, mountain dew, and sierra mist.
i drink 2 useally of diet coke
20 oz bottles

sometimes i drink ice tea snapple to
i drink soda about 1-2 times a week. it's usually sprite or dr. pepper and once in a while i'll drink some mountain dew.
I drink two can of Diet Mt. Dew a day -- one in the morning and one at night. I order water when ) go out to is, as it saves money on the bill. I didn't start drinking pop until college. I wish I had never started because now I get such headaches (caffeine withdrawl) if I don't have a soda a day.
Depends on what I am in the mood for...sometimes Pepsi (Perfer Cherry than plain) or Coke sometimes...samething perfer with cherry flavor over plain. No more than 16.9oz. in one setting every once in awhile.
none. i stpped drinking it a few years ago when i found out it removes rust from metal. if it can do that, imagine what it does to your insides.
I don't drink sodas often but, when I do, it is about 1 to 2 cans a day and often Coke.
I drink one soda probably 2 or 3 times out of a week. But, sometimes I let a week pass by without drinking sodas at all. My favorite soda is Root beer.
Depends on the day. At most I would drink two cans of soda. I drink stuff like Sprite, Sierra Mist, and others like that. Most days I don't drink any.
Mostly I drink water. I don't drink soda, just regular water. But with colorful label. But if I drink pop... I don't know. I have Ginger ale in my house, so I mostly drink it. Few days ago I tried Dr. Pepper, but I like Sprite more. I like coke zero, too. Mostly, I drink orange or apple juice. I drink it a lot. I also like sparkling juices. Like Dole.
P.S. Don't drink so much pop a day. Not good for your health.
NONE. soda is so unhealthy for you. you don't need to give it up completely, but if i were you i would cut back a little
zero

I stopped drinking soda.
