No!!!!!.........Check all labels very carefully (including vitamins and pharmaceuticals). Look for the word "aspartame" on the label and avoid it. (Also, it is a good idea to avoid "acesulfame-k" or "sunette.") It is now reported that FIVE DEATHS and at least 70 different symptoms have
resulted from its use. The list includes neurological, dermatological,
cardiac, respiratory all the symptoms I have ever seen reported for food
sensitivities, low blood sugar, Alzheimer's, Chronic Fatique syndrome,
amalgam-filling disease and methanol poisoning. The Searle Pharmaceutical
Company has actually covered up or, at the very least, failed to report
adverse reactions just so the FDA would allow this product to be used by
millions worldwide. Aspartame (L-aspartyl-L-phenylalanyl-methyl-ester) is
about 200 times as sweet as sugar with virtually no calories. It sounds
ideal for those who need to have the sweet taste, but not the calories.
well the nutritional info is as follows (keep in mind this is for a 1/2 packet)
* 90% fewer calories than leading soft drinks*
* Sugar free
* 0g carbs per serving
* Only 5 calories per serving
* Natural flavor
* No caffeine
* Low sodium

And the vitamin waters , do sound wonderful , theyre fairly low in calories and are each for a specific problem with your body (energy , defense etc)

But i would have to think that just good ol plain water is just as good for you :)
it contains a lot of unnatural ingredients. Not only aspartame, but lots of preservatives, additives, anti-caking agents, and everytyhing else to make it taste decent. If you are looking for healthy drinks, drink natural drinks like water, or brewed tea, or maybe even fresh coffee or juice.
I can only speak for myself and crystal light. I have been drinking about 2+ quarts of crystal light type product daily(Walmart brand & others) for over 5 years now. I have bloodwork done 4 times a year and never has there been a red flag as to any problem with my bloodwork which is examined by two different physicians.
Crystal light adds absolutely NOTHING nutritionally to your diet. Plus the aspartame is so bad for you. They're not healthy (they probably won't kill you), but still not healthy.

Don't waste your time or money on vitamin water. Just drink good ol ice cold water and take a multivitamin.

Of course juice is good for you. Just make sure you're drinking the stuff that says 100% juice on it. Or juice your own fruit.
They aren't as healthy as regular water. But they are much healthier than pop. You should just drink water......if you don't like it plain, you can add lemon to it
