Never tried it but be careful with cranberry juice, as if you are on certain medication for blood thinning it can be lethal... Don't mean to alarm but a relative of mine wasn't allowed it for health reasons.......

Yes, it is much nicer than cranberry juice on its own. It is also nice with apple juice
