I remember Bosco. Basically it was sweetened chocolate syrup with, like, two vitamins added so it would appeal to Moms everywhere. I used to drink it as a kid (that was MANY MANY years ago).

I have seen it, packaged a little differently (plastic bottle nowadays), in some small, privately-owned grocery/general stores. But for whatever reason I haven't seen it in mainstream supermarkets.

i've seen it on the east coast, sometimes on west coast in kosher section -- which i guess they presume all the ex east coasters are jewish?????
