I drink coca cola everday. Is it really bad for you? What are the health problems that come with drinking cola!
1) Your teeth become weak. It can begin to hurt when you drink cold fluids or hot fluids and your teeth may randomly chip (happened to me 3 times ... stupid enamel).
2) Your teeth become stained. Drinking dark liquids like coca cola will actually stain your teeth! If you insist on drinking a dark liquid like cola, drink it through a straw.
3) Acid! The acid in the cola can wear away at the mucus lining in your stomach, making your stomach weaker. That means more likely hood of you throwing up after eating some bad food or drinking.
4) Caffeine! You can get addicted to the caffeine in the cola. I know people who drink coffee everyday and get headaches and irritable when they don't have a cup. Since caffeine is still a drug, it's better not to get addicted to it.
5) Sugar! Sugar will make you hyper. And perhaps even fat. Don't get all fatty because of some cola.
Answers: I drink soda a lot, but I wouldn't do it everyday.

cocoa cola? everyday? not to be rude, but why? i'm sorry, it's just that i heard about a girl who drank coke every day, and she actually died from it. not to freak you out, but that's what can happen.
the phosphoric acid causes your bones and teeth to become weak and brittle
coke, or any soda and the carbonation in it can rip your teeth apart. it breaks down the enamel. My husband says if you put a shark tooth in soda for 48 hours or so you can visibly see almost completely dissolve.
soda also dehydrates you faster, because the caffeine counterbalances whatever water intake you have. dehydration leads to lots of yucky feelings.
on the flip side...i enjoy coca cola:) just not everyday
increase risk of becoming a diabetic type 2
Well drinking large quantities of soda has been shown to raise the acidity of your stomach, which messes with the pH balance of your digestive system (not good), and it actually decays your teeth worse than sugar!
The acid can cause the enamel on your teeth to wear and it can give you kidney stones. Not to mention Kidney infections. It's not good for your weight because it has lots of calories.
yes drinking coca cola too much aint good... i think that you better stop doing this coz it really is dangerous...it can kill you..well i dont know how exactly but i know it can because someone made this a habit and he eventually died..
Well, no. It's not bad for me. Might be for you. I dunno!
Did you know that specifically coca-cola can be used in cars?
Look up a very harmful (and deadly) sweetener called aspartame found in diet and regular sodas.
Coke's not good for your teeth, and your bones. And it contains like tons of sugar, which can make you fat and it's not healthy. It also contains cafeine which is also not healthy. So just don't drink it like everyday, it's not good for you
While Coke may taste great, it has it's bad health effects too.
Like the other's have stated, the caffeine addiction, the sugar rotting your enamel on your teeth, and dehydration, it can also cause you to GAIN an extra 8 pounds of weight a year. That's a lot of weight to gain because of a favorite drink! That's why its best to drink in moderation. I know that's a term you hear with alcohol all the time, but the same goes with pop and other sugary drinks.
it supposedly rots your gut but i still drink it everyday too!
