keeps your body hydrated and for you to live we can live for days without food but only a very short time without water

Your body is 80% water. They dont mean its good nutritionaly. You need water to keep hydrated.

Water is good for you but fluoride is very very bad for you! Don't drink fuoridated water.

Water is vital for your body to carry out life functions.
