I'm guessing you meant ROAST coffee in a rotisserie oven, right? If that is the question then try going to homeroaster.com
they have several 'home made roasters' and recommendations on how to modify various items to roast coffee with.
IF however you really want to BREW coffee in a rotisserie, make sure you sign up for the Darwin award first.
