well, i peeled and sliced some fresh ginger, and now it is simmering in a pot of hot water, and i'll have it in about an hour with just a touch of local orange blossom honey!

I fancy a nice cup of coffee black one sugar and a tad of cream stuff diet! lol

Brasil - F.T.O. - Poco Fundo roasted just into 2nd crack and rested 3 days. I did a pour over using 7 grams per 6 ounces of water. Water brought to boil, cooled to 200 deg. F. Tasty...
