Is it possible to freeze canned carbonated drinks?!

Question: What happens?

Answers: What happens?

That's a good , intelligent, and well thought out question . Why don't you try it??

The can will burst.

They will explode!!!!!!!!!

many a night i have stuck a coke in the freezer to get cold real quick...

the next morning i awake to find that i've forgotten about it and i have a HUGE mess to clean up in the freezer. and it is NOT easy to get that coke offa everything!!!

If you do whatever it is in will burst. I think your freezer would be a mess but frozen soda is tasty. :)

If you're worried about spoilage - The sealed aluminum can is all the protection you'll need.

Freezing it will not make it last any longer, so if there is a way to freeze it, it's pretty pointless.

They will bust in the freezer,,you should try it sometime :)

No, it will explode. But, you could always try it in the freezer at work. LOL

I put a can in the freezer b4 and left in it there for about a week nothing happened besides the can expanding lol
BUT it didnt bust!!! i took it out of the freezer and left it in the fridge to unfreeze then drank it lol

I guess people have had different experiences !

I have froze them before and nothing bad happened, but that might not always be true for everyone. If you want to freeze them, make sure you take them out after only 3-4 hours so they won't burst.

If you freeze soda in a can, it will explode.

If you want to freeze soda for the slushy type effect, get it in plastic bottles. the plastic will stretch a bit but won't break like aluminum.
