Water Intake?!

Question: does drinking tea count when it comes to a daily water intake?

Answers: does drinking tea count when it comes to a daily water intake?

yes if it is decaf. caffeine dehydrates you. drink 6 glasses of water or decaf tea (no sugar) a day.

If you are drinking crystal lite tea YES, if not NO!
Tea, like lipton tea page or the powder mix isnt like drinking water!

unless it's a unsweetned decafinated tea, no. Caffeine will make you urinate, hence expelling all the precious water you just drank. go to www.watercure.com to see just how much water you should be drinking.

Green tea counts, plus it has many added bonuses with all the antioxidants that it contains.
Other than that to count as water intake, it must be unsweetened and decaffeinated.
