Bottled water from the store vs bottling water from your faucet?!

Question: is there any difference in the 2 as far as shelf life. I know the differences in types of water and filteration methods. I'm wondering if you use a good filtering system at home can you bottle and save water, safely, from your own tap.

store bolled water usually has been treated and the chlorine removed

bottling at home still has the chlorine, unless filtered.

the chlorine is strong enought to kill the bad stuff between the
plant and your house - and it's still strong enough to kill
the good digestive flora that helps you take care of food, just
like antibiotics do when you take them

I take a daily probiotic
drink filtered water
and have a clorine filter on my shower

all the best

As long as you know there aren't any bacteria that will grow while the water is being stored and as long as you use containers that seal properly, I don't see where there is any real difference. I think the main reason you normally would use store water is because it's been through filters to ensure it's free of harmful water-born bacteria.

no diffrence at all.

Most store brought water is clean, better tasting, and grime removed. I drink Poland Spring brand. It tastes the best, is natural spring water, and so on. From your faucet, what kind of water was it before it was your faucet water? I say its like drinking water from the toilet.
