idk probably cause idk i love coke too lol

well in moderation its good.Alot of aspartame
and you know that can't be good for ya!!so drink
a little not a lot

if you have too much of it its bad. but thats all i think.

all carbonated drinks are bad for you to some extent, coke zero just has some of the excess removed, it still damaged teeth and such

yes it is, all fizzy drinks are bad for you

because they are not good for your teeth, poorly hydriate you, cause brittle bones, behaviour change

my advice, drink in moderation

There's a lot of debate over whether or not artificial sweeteners are bad for you. Some research shows that it can be bad in some cases (e.g. pregnancy). but even that isn't 100%. Some claim it's horrible and kills you slowly, and scientists claim that you would have to consume insane amounts of it for it to be detrimental to your health.

I'd do some research on it and see if you're willing to take the risk.

All soft drink is bad for you!! But i love coke zero to so even if it was i would still drink it. All though didn't they link Diet coke to brain tumours!!!!

well all fizzy drinks are bad for you in a way, but coke zero has a lot less sugar in it, but it does contain artificial sugars which contain E numbers. so either way you can't win.

I get severe headaches from anything containing asparatame, or nutrasweet. So yeah, Coke Zero is very bad for me. For you, though, that's another question.

All sodas are bad for our bodies and teeth no matter what the companies try to tell the public. Change over to V8-Fusion and V8-Juice (and water):

Coke is bad for you. I like it, too, though. Coke has a lot of sugar, so it can cause a pandemonium in your mouth, Yes, I mean lot of cavities, rotting teeth and gums, etc. However, Coke is harmless if it taken occasionally; like once every two weeks. In that period you can drink orange, apple, grape, fruit, or V8 and many other drinks that are healthy.

Coke Zero is sweetened with Aspartame, which is hardly what I would advise ingesting in large quantities on a daily basis. I, too, like Coke Zero, but am trying my best to ween myself from most carbonated beverages.

From my source: Aspartame accounts for over 75 percent of the adverse reactions to food additives reported to the FDA. Many of these reactions are very serious including seizures and death.(1) A few of the 90 different documented symptoms listed in the report as being caused by aspartame include: Headaches/migraines, dizziness, seizures, nausea, numbness, muscle spasms, weight gain, rashes, depression, fatigue, irritability, tachycardia, insomnia, vision problems, hearing loss, heart palpitations, breathing difficulties, anxiety attacks, slurred speech, loss of taste, tinnitus, vertigo, memory loss, and joint pain.

Looks like a lot of fun to me!

Good luck and best regards,

Sauce

All soda is bad for you, i even think that soda from a can, could cause Cancer; because of the aluminum

I'm sure Zero is bad for you because I drink it to the exclusion of all else, well almost. I drink a cup of coffee in the morning and maybe 1 bottle of water (on some days..I hate drinking water!).

Doesn't matter what you like or how harmless it seems, they're going to "discover" it causes something horrible sooner or later.
