Well, they have caffeine pills but I don't know any that is in decaf form.
If you crave for coffee taste, the closest thing would be coffee candy.
There are hundreds of Caffeine related pills on the market for consumption without a prescription. They also have strong versions with prescription from a doctor. There is no per say decaf versions however; you can reduce the amount of ca fine by reading the amounts in the pills and choosing one with a lower amount.
