Suggest something to quench a thirst please, not alcohol if possible?!

Lemonade is the only thing that quenches my thirst when I have had too much salt...give that a wee try x

Cordial

quench thirst
if its cold weather - drink hot tea
it its warm - drink buttermilk

Good old Irn Bru, made in Scotland from girders.

Cranberry juice or fresh orange and soda water.
Slurp!

Lime Cordial with iced spring water large..aaaaaah!

Water, juice, sports drinks (Gatorade or Powerade), tea...

A nice hot mug of tea old bean.

ice cold water wiv a couple of slices of fresh lemon in it.....

Soya milk.

Go get some, trust me, you'll love it

Carbonated water with slice of lemon works for me

I always prefer something a bit fizzy to quench my thirst, soda water is best, but lemonade comes a close second.

Cup of tea works for me or just water if you have it bitter lemon is a good thirst quencher too.

A tall glass of fresh brewed iced tea, unsweetened with a lemon. mmmm....that will quench it.

2 parts OJ, 1 part bitter lemon, 1 part soda water. Loads of ice.

fresh pineapple juice with lots of ice works for me every time

Any thing that is sour, will help. I drink lemonade when I have salty foods, and spicy foods as well. Good old water should help more than anything.
