Does bottled water (say Ozarka) have the same nutrients in it as tap water?!
No Vitamins, only trace minerals, nothing, just water.
Answers: Bottled water has the same nutrients as tap water and distilled water...NONE...

Not all of them. But yes they have proven that Dasani or Aquafina was pure tap water, no difference. So I would say that Ozarka MIGHT be tap water. So instead of minerals you're getting chlorine in your system, isn't that great...That's why I stick with distilled water.
Most recent studies show that most bottled water is actually tap water which has been filtered, which is why PepsiCo has recently agreed to add the words "public water source" to its Aquafina label.Aquafina is just Fresno City water... go figure... Bottled water is just the ultimate in marketing. Campaigns here in NY, such as "Drink Outside the Bottle" have restaurants proudly saying they serve tap water. And the woes of the petroleum used for single bottles? Don't even get me started... if your tap water is bad? buy a filter, or buy it by the gallon...
