How bad is it to drink mochas, monster energy drinks, or cappucino daily?!
Answers: I find that i get headaches without having caffine atLEAST once a day. what should i do?
welcome to the wonderful world of being a social clone. harsh words but did you drink all this before they become the "it" thing?
Secondly welcome to the world of addiction! yes it can be an addiction and can ruin your health. just imagine what that caffeine is tearing away the lining of your stomach, liver, intestines, throat.
best thing you can do is SLOWLY wean yourself off this stuff. it's great every now and then and for a quick pick me up in the afternoon but when you need it to function you have a problem. dont go cold turkey b/c that may lead to heart palpations (skipped beats) if your highly addicted. Cut down to one every few hours then a few a day then a few a week (get the picture). takes willpower and persistance but you can do it.
Take in caffeine in a healthier way like by drinking green tea. Energy drinks are no good.
If you have been drinking these lately then probably in trouble according to a website online it states the energy drinks are bad if you drink them often and daily. You have heart problems and die. Also there has been studies that a man had drank 4 red bulls during a game and died.
I doubt there is anything wrong with them as long as they are drunk in moderation and you are not slamming 3 or 4 a day. Too much caffeine can lead to a rapid heart beat and kidney problems.
I do not see where one a day would be terribly harmful to you.
That's the good old caffeine addiction for ya! I get that too, if I don't have something caffeinated at least one time a day I get a wicked headache.
Try cutting back on how MANY per day you have. Try something with a lower caffeine content to wean you off it a bit. Caffeine is really hard to quit. I had more luck quitting smoking than I did quitting caffeine.
I did a quick google search to see what long term effects caffeine has on the body. It looks like there isn't much to be directly associated with moderate coffee consumption. The link is just fyi. :)
