No, it is excellent for your health! Besides quenching your thirst, green tea is great for your heart, prevents fatigue, and improves urinary and brain functioning! So drink up! ;]

wow i think your an addict, but it tastes good for you doesnt it so you only live once so drink ask much as you want

It is an anti-oxidant, thats good
It is also a diuretic, so it can actually make you pee out your minerals and vitamins, thats bad.
I think 7 cups is fine, but that is just my opinion.

Taking in too many antioxidants is harmful to you. They attack free radicals. If you run out of free radicals, then they become free radicals. I'd cut your intake in half if I were you.
Green tea is supposed to be good for your metabolism and for strong fingernails and about fifty other things. But too much of a good thing is never a good thing.

I am glad you ask!... Hubby lived, breathed, slept green tea for about a month...He woke up at 3am hunched over in pain....took him to the ER...and doctors told him he has kidney stones... He was to list out everything he eats in his diet....The doctor actually Circle it on his paper...GREEN TEA...He said..DON"T DO IT.. Its one of those products everyone things is good for you but really IS NOT!

no, i don't think so, i think it's good for you, make sure you're eating correctly though

Green tea is a wonderful drink if it is brewed correctly and such. I assume that you brew your own, not drink out of processed bottles. Green tea has anti-oxidants, therefore cleaning out toxins from the body. The only concern that I would have is that green tea contains caffeine, but not very much. Drink it in the day time, but lay off it at night. You would have to drink much more than that to have serious health risks, so drink away.

Anything in excess is bad , I would say about 3-4 cups should be ok . Also it needs to be brewed properly.

no, it isn't hazardous. You might become addicted because of the caffeine, but you'll be fine.
