I want to start waking up early and need energy but Hate coffee what can I take?!

a food breakfast! Try fruit, yogurt & granola, a peanut butter sandwich, 100% juice, etc. You should try to avoid a lot of fat & caffeine in the morning. Nuts are also good as well as a multi-vitamin supplement!

A big water and some stretching, of course a shower.
Trini Empress is right on, too. Energy drinks are a waste of money and bad for you.

just go to bed early, and have a good breakfast, also when you exercise the day before, you'll go to bed tired and wake up more energized, also,open your blinds/curtains right when you wake up, the sun's vitamins sends a message to your brain that it's time to wake up, it's day time

Try one of the many energy drinks out there on the market today.... like "Red Bull" etc.

OJ. OJ has alot of acid and natural sugars. It has been used for years to keep people up after the alarm. If that doesn't cut it tea has alot of caffene in it as well. Good Luck

I would say diet soda, but they say the artificial sweetener is bad for you (even though this is what I do).

I have had results with a Cliff bar (they have these at the supermarket by health foods) and a bottle of Water Joe. But this gets boring everyday.

I hear that if you do a light 15 minute workout in the morning that helps.

Protein, high carbs, like Grape nuts cereal or the like, and 8 ounces of 100% fruit juice. The carbs will give you quick energy, the protein will kick in a little later with more energy, and the fruit juice only takes about 10 minutes to release the natural sugars to give energy. Basically, eat a healthy breakfast. (Protein from eggs or nuts or peanut butter, avoid greasy meat first thing in the morning.)

Tea, some types of tea have more caffeine than coffee.

Try drinking a Carnation Instant Breakfast Drink. It is loaded with vitamins and minerals and the chocolate ones have caffine. I do this and add peanut butter or bananas or other fruit, blend and drink. It really is a pick me up!!!

Tea or regular soda. Try to steer away from sodas and artificial sweeteners, from what everyone says, they can cause seziures. Scary thought,huh? If you don't have to use artificial sweeteners then don't.

Caffeine pills.
