Well im not sure what is too much, everything seems to be bad for us these days so i say dont worry...enjoy your coffee!

No more than me. Actually, I probably drink more than this.

I did, but now I try to drink more water instead of coffee

I used to - I was drinking it because people would offer at work and I would always say yes but got fed up with the taste of it after a while. I read somewhere that you shouldn't have more than 4 cups a day and decided to stick to that - have been doing so for a couple of years now - if I've reached my quota I drink water instead - the coffee tastes much nicer now I'm not overdoing it.

For health reason I've had to switch to decaff. Ych.

yes far to much ..... about 20 cups a day .... and i have no prob. sleeping .. and i have not got high blood presure

yes two cups of coffee a day is sufficient as any more than that can lead to caffeine poisoning which has similar symptoms to a heart attack . try cutting down please

Yes, i get through about 7 or 8 cups a day

O_O 8 cups?.....do adults usually drink that much....
I know my family doesn't....
and I'm 14 ......I'm only drink one cup a day.....ususally...
maximum was 3.......lol...not going there again!

no. i'll have 1 or 2 cups at least a few times a week. coffee makes me pee like crazy.

I drink 0 cups of coffee a day,

No

I heard 4 cups a day should be maximum. Real Coffee(Beans) has double the caffeine amount than instant coffee has.
