It has banana, ice-cream, low fat milk, malt and honey.
It is so delicious and refreshing!

If you like Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream, you'll LOVE this shake I throw together, I call it a Mint Chocolate Mint shake.
1 cup 2% or your regular milk
2 cups ice cream
4 Grasshopers (Keebler brand chocolate covered chocolate mint cookie-Thin Mints are perfect as well and you can support your local troop)
1 straw taken from your local McDonald's (wide opening is perfect for this shake)
Add milk, then ice cream to blender and pulse a few times to break up the ice cream a bit.
Then add cookies and blend until you are confident you can suck up all the cookie bits.
Pour into a large cup, top with whipped cream and you can grate some of the Grasshopers up with a microplane or other grater for some mint chocolate dust for sprinkling on top of the whipped cream for that extra eye appeal to treat your lady/guy friend.
Take out your handy dandy straws, courtesy of Mickey D's, and enjoy.

I'll tell you about my favorite place.
There is a little restruant in a place called garden city utah. It's in the north east corner of the state, on the shores of bear lake. It was ranked on the top 10 list of restruants in the usa
at 1 point in time, years ago, I dont know if it still is, but they have something like 50 or 60 different shake flavors. It's been about 7 or 8 years since i've eaten there, but they make blueberry, raspberry, and straberry shakes that are absolutley unbeleavable. Not to mention just about any other shake flavor you can immagine.
