Who else likes to take their time drinking coffee and even enjoy it 3 hours later when its stone cold?!
Answers: everytime i go to the library to study i bring my own coffee from home, i end up drinking less than a fourth of it hot... but man, still tastes great hours later when i really need that extra boost, and its way better than paying the ridiculous prices they charge for coffee anywhere..

I brew up 3 cups and down it as fast as I can drink. No savoring here. I'm not the savoring kind. But if you are, good.

What's wrong with cold? do you know how much Starbucks charges for iced coffee? I drink coffee cold and soft drinks hot. Down with the temperature police!
I do take my time. I would say up to an hour and a half sometimes. But not when it's too cold.
I love coffee, drink it hot or let it get cold, but no ice in it. we drink about three pots a day here.

When I was a chef, I would just start it out that way, I would fill a large glass with ice and pour the hot coffee over it, it made it hot faster.
When I worked as a computer tech support agent, I used to make it the night before and put it in the frig so I would have it for the next day.

I like to take my time drinking my coffee. sometimes it's a half hour to an hour later and I am still drinking the same cup. No law says how fast you have to drink it.
That is the nice thing about home roasted coffee. I can enjoy the aroma and the flavor of the hot coffee and as the coffee cools I get a bit different flavor from the coffee. And if I forget the coffee or get too busy to finish it right away I will make an iced coffee with a dash of sugar and Coffee Rich. Use to use cream, but the lactose intolerant thing crawled all over me.
I use to attempt to drink cold Flogers or worse, Mesweld Hose, but couldn't go the cold Vietnamese bag coffee.
