Is coffee bad for you or if you are growing up even is it bad for you?!
Answers: If you have too much caffeine then it can be bad for your heart. But according to doctors that is like 8 cups a day. If you drink caffeine then exercise then it can promote high blood pressure and heart attack, because both caffeine and exercise speed up the heart. It also dehydrates you massively. I love coffee too! But it is probably alot healthier to switch to decaffeinated.
I would say it's bad for you in the sense that caffine is addictive. It can also stain your teeth.
