Doesn't the carbonation in sports soda drinks kill whatever vitamins are put in them?!

Question: Red Bull, RockStar, Monster, etc....

Answers: Red Bull, RockStar, Monster, etc....

Maybe, but if you're relying on energy drinks for nutritional content, you're in serious trouble.

Those examples you gave aren't sports drinks btw...

The Edit: They're energy drinks. Sports drinks are Gatorade, etc. Stuff like Red Bull isn't meant to relieve dehydration after playing sports or working out, they're meant to wake you up if you feel tired.

no...but this kind of drinks are very hurt ur body..

it doesn't kill them it just lowers their effectiveness
